You simply can't go wrong with this Banana-Berry Smoothie. It has the sweetness of bananas and berries but a little ginger and tart pineapple juice give this drink that extra kick. Make this smoothie in just 5 minutes and have it at the start of the day to keep yourself full and happy.

Banana-Berry Smoothie
Ingredients for Banana-Berry Smoothie:
Bananas - 1 (small)
Pineapple juice - 6 oz.
Ice - 1/2 cup
Blueberries - 6 oz.
Raspberries - 6 oz. (or blackberries)
Honey - 2 tsp.
Ginger - 1 tsp. (grated and peeled)
Method of preparing the Banana-Berry Smoothie:
  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until everything is smooth. Serve immediately.
