Watch How This Oak Tree Changes Over The Course of the Seasons

Imagine walking through an open meadow. The weather is perfect and the atmosphere is serene. You spot a lone oak tree in the distance and start pacing towards it, to lie down peacefully under its shadow. What does the tree look like? Would you prefer its leaves red like in the fall? Would it be full of green foliage? Or maybe, your perfect tree is actually a completely naked one, covered in a thin layer of snow. 

This is exactly the topic of this series of pictures by the photographer George Safijański. The Poland-based photographer set out to shoot a lone oak tree over the course of 10 months. To him, every phase in the tree's life cycle represents a different perspective on it. The variety of beautiful results is here for your enjoyment:
